Job summary

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote patient onboarding and support for obstructive sleep apnea clients. You will guide patients from purchase through scheduling, kit delivery, and handoff to manufacturing while maintaining high-quality experiences.

The role requires empathetic communication across phone, SMS, and email, de-escalation skills, and strict adherence to SLAs. Training and ongoing support are provided; remote, long-term opportunity with ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer support, patient support, or call center experience.
• Experience with de-escalation and handling cancellations/refunds.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with strong organization.

Responsibilities

• Own each patient's onboarding journey from purchase through scheduling, kit delivery and handoff to manufacturing.
• Manage a personal caseload of 100+ patients at different stages.
• Respond to inbound patient messages by phone, SMS, and email within SLAs.
• Coordinate with insurance, clinical, sales, and manufacturing teams to resolve issues.
• Guide patients through impression kits and follow up on outstanding or redone kits.
• Handle billing concerns with empathy and escalate as needed.
• Route medical questions to the clinical team; CS1 does not give medical advice.
• Document every interaction in Salesforce; protect PHI per HIPAA.
• Share feedback to help improve SOPs.
