Qualifications

• Experience tracking leads via phone, email, and SMS with accurate CRM records.

Responsibilities

• Respond to new inquiries quickly across phone, text, and email with urgency.
• Convert qualified interest into booked consultations and guide prospects.
• Follow up with prospects not booking immediately with personalized messages.
• Maintain nurture relationships with interested prospects over time.
• Keep all interactions and steps documented in the CRM, including status updates.
• Provide after-hours and weekend lead coverage to ensure fast responses.
