Job summary
HealthPartners seeks a Patient Financial Services Operations Coordinator to strengthen revenue cycle operations through workflow optimization, system build support, and regulatory research. You will partner with leadership, frontline teams and Compliance to advance compliant, efficient processes across service areas.
This remote, full-time role requires a bachelor’s in a healthcare-related field and experience in revenue cycle or financial analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business/Finance Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years of healthcare revenue cycle experience or related functions.
- In lieu of a degree, five (5) years of healthcare billing/revenue cycle experience may be considered.
Responsibilities
- Support revenue cycle operations through workflow optimization and system builds.
- Manage operational documentation and regulatory/payer research.
- Collaborate with leadership, frontline teams, and Compliance to improve processes.
