Aviary Health is seeking a remote, US-based contractor to educate prospective patients on our pulmonary rehabilitation program and guide them through enrollment. You will handle outbound calls, respond to inquiries, assess eligibility, and coordinate scheduling with the care team.

The role emphasizes strong communication, customer service, and the ability to meet weekly productivity targets in a startup environment. Healthcare interest is valued, with 1099 contractor status and remote work.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Quota-driven sales experience.
• Experience engaging customers or patients in a sales capacity.
• Experience with outbound calling.
• Healthcare experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Educate prospective patients about the pulmonary rehabilitation program and enroll them.
• Initiate outbound calls to prospective patients and respond to inquiries.
• Assess eligibility using provided documentation and address concerns.
• Guide patients through the program app and website and resolve technical issues.
• Schedule enrolled patients for sessions with the care team.
• Maintain accurate call notes and insurance/provider updates in internal systems.
• Complete timely follow-ups and provide high-quality customer service.
• Meet weekly productivity targets.
• Send educational materials via email and other channels.
• Communicate insurance information with relevant parties.
