Responsibilities

• Review EMS PCRs for assigned clients, ensuring all cases are handled promptly and accurately.

• Validate demographic data (name, DOB, address) and other identifiers.
• Confirm insurance eligibility and payer sequencing to support billing and adjudication.
• Identify discrepancies or missing data and resolve before claims are coded.
• Document findings, updates, and corrections in internal systems and collaborate with teams.
