Job summary

Sarnova HC, LLC is seeking a Client Support Specialist for the Digitech team. The remote-friendly role focuses on delivering high-quality service to a specific client group while adhering to HIPAA and client requirements.

The position emphasizes attention to detail, accurate data entry, and timely resolutions as part of a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Hours are 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM ET, with on-site work at the Brandon, Florida client location as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Typing speed of at least 40 wpm.
• Ability to learn quickly and ask questions.
• Remain calm under pressure with professional demeanor.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Answer daily inquiries from the client and forward calls to appropriate billing departments.
• Determine resolutions to customer issues following client rules.
• Update client accounts with new information (insurance, demographics).
• Assist managers by resolving client account issues with internal/external resources.
• Coordinate with hospitals, insurance providers, attorneys and patients.
• Scan and mail checks to lockbox.
• Meet or exceed production standards while maintaining quality.
• Understand how departments collaborate to process EMS claims.
• Handle mail, email and phone communications; perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and ethics guidelines.
