Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted liaison for prospective patients, delivering detailed information about Envita’s services and treatment philosophy.
• Manage high-volume inbound and outbound phone communication with professionalism and care.
• Build meaningful, supportive relationships with individuals facing serious health conditions.
• Listen actively to patient concerns and provide clear, informed, compassionate guidance.
• Maintain accurate records of patient communications using internal systems.
• Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
• Demonstrate a consistent commitment to patient service excellence and ethical responsibility.
