Axle partners with the National Institutes of Health (NIDA) in Baltimore, MD to support clinical research coordination efforts. The role involves screening participants, obtaining informed consent, and conducting mental health assessments, with extensive data management and regulatory responsibilities.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in psychology or related field, has 3+ years of research experience, and can work weekends/nights.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related discipline.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a research-related field.
• At least one year of experience in behavioral counseling, preferably in drug, smoking, or alcohol treatment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; training provided.

Responsabilités

• Screen and schedule study participants and obtain informed consent.
• Administer mental health assessments and diagnostic interviews.
• Manage research data and regulatory documentation.
• Serve as liaison between participants and investigators.
• Handle biospecimen collection and storage per protocol.
• Support data entry and regulatory file maintenance.
• Assist with study testing, observations, and data analysis.
