Job summary

Sentrex Health Solutions is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to support Percuro treatment clinics remotely in the United States. You will schedule appointments, coordinate medication deliveries, manage communications with clinics, pharmacy and Haven teams, and ensure timely patient care with confidentiality.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, bilingual English/French considered an asset, solid IT skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• French/English bilingualism is an asset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business software.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient appointments and track them to ensure access to treatment.
• Liaise between clinic, pharmacy, and Haven team for scheduling and medication coordination.
• Process post infusion paperwork and upload documents into CRM.
• Oversee invoicing related to activities and paperwork.
• Respond to calls, emails, and messages in a courteous, timely manner.
