Job summary

LucyRx is seeking a Patient Care Advocate to deliver high-quality, empathetic member support through Care Guide programs. You will respond to member inquiries, conduct approved outreach, and help guide members to timely resolutions.

This frontline role collaborates with Team Leads and cross-functional partners, upholds HIPAA and regulatory standards, and contributes to program goals while maintaining quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in Healthcare operations, Patient Advocacy, Care Coordination, customer service or related fields preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to meet real-time performance metrics.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries with timely, accurate Care Guide support.
• Perform proactive member outreach in Care Guide programs; educate, engage, and resolve needs.
• Meet productivity, quality, and schedule adherence expectations; escalate as needed.
• Document outreach attempts, status, outcomes, and next steps in approved systems.
