Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year healthcare revenue cycle, billing, collections, or related experience required.
• Experience in hospital or physician revenue cycle operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Works assigned accounts to ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
• Performs billing, collections, payment posting, credit balance, or customer service functions based on assignment.
• Documents all account activity accurately and thoroughly.
• Follows established workflows, payer guidelines, and departmental standards.
• Identifies basic issues and escalates as appropriate.
