Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Typing speed of 40 WPM with accuracy.
• Ability to handle billing questions with empathy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of incoming patient calls in a remote environment with courtesy and accuracy.
• Listen actively, address billing questions, and follow up as needed to resolution.
• Document interactions in the patient account system and maintain HIPAA compliance.
• Meet daily quotas and manage workload in a fast-paced setting.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and clear communication throughout calls.
