Jobgether is seeking a Consumer Access Specialist PRN - Day to support patient access operations in a fully remote US-based role. You will manage registration, verify insurance, coordinate authorizations, and explain financial responsibilities to patients, while ensuring accurate records and compliant communications.

This role emphasizes professionalism, confidentiality, and customer-focused service, with daytime shifts within a 6 a.m.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of insurance eligibility and authorization procedures.

Responsibilities

• Register patients for services and verify demographics.
• Verify insurance eligibility and obtain pre-authorizations.
• Explain financial responsibilities and collect payments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Coordinate with clinical teams and insurers to resolve access issues.
• Support switchboard and ensure coverage during shifts.
• Protect confidentiality and comply with HIPAA.
