Cardinal Health is seeking a Coordinator, Individualized Care for a nationwide remote role. You will support patient access to therapy by guiding patients through intake, insurance benefits investigations and coordination with payers, pharmacies and physicians to enable timely dispensing of products.

The role emphasizes handling complex payer/pharmacy issues, providing customer service, and applying program rules to achieve positive outcomes for patients and partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in patient reimbursement processes or similar preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to handle and protect sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Understand patient therapy, prior authorization and reimbursement processes.
• Manage a queue of complex inquiries and resolve issues within authority.
• Meet KPIs for service levels, call volumes, adherence and quality.
• Follow up with patients, pharmacies and physicians as needed.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members.
