Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Patient Access Optimization Analyst to configure and provide functional and technical support for access optimization initiatives and Epic-build related functions.

This is a remote position in the Central Time zone (8 AM–5 PM). The role emphasizes strong analytical and communication skills, independence on small to medium projects, and extensive Epic Cadence and data proficiency to drive operational improvements for patient access and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Epic Cadence Certified strongly preferred.
• Ambulatory and/or Surgery scheduling experience required.
• Epic Cadence Provider template management and build experience strongly preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communication with stakeholders through meetings and written presentations.
• Independence in managing small to medium projects for successful implementation.
• Strong analytical and data modeling skills to derive insights.
