Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Patient Access Optimization Analyst in a remote role. The position focuses on configuring and supporting access optimization initiatives and Epic-build related functions, within Central time hours (8 AM–5 PM).

The pay range is $35.44–$54.94 per hour, with benefits like health/welfare, 401(k) match, tuition reimbursement, and PTO from Day 1. Strong communication, project management, and data analysis skills are essential, with preferred Epic Cadence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of related experience.
• 5 years of experience working with Epic systems.
• Epic Cadence certification is strongly preferred.
• Ambulatory and/or Surgery scheduling experience required.
• Experience with Excel and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Communicate information professionally to stakeholders in meetings and presentations.
• Manage small to medium projects to ensure successful implementation.
• Provide functional and technical support for access optimization initiatives.
• Assist with Epic-build analysis, documentation, and implementation.
• Build and maintain relationships across organizational levels.
• Work in a deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects.
