Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Patient Access Optimization Analyst to configure and support access optimization initiatives and Epic-build related functions. This remote role operates in Central time hours - 8AM to 5PM CST.

The position emphasizes analytical rigor, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to drive improvements in patient access and data workflows within a large healthcare system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification.
• 5 years of Epic experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage small to medium projects to ensure successful implementation.
