Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• Experience in healthcare revenue cycle or patient access is preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare compliance processes and eligibility verification.

Responsibilities

• Perform Medicare compliance reviews and prepare patient financial responsibility estimates.
• Coordinate with utilization management for pre-authorizations and ensure timely payer decisions.
• Register patients and collect payments; establish payment plans and document conversations.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain accurate records across departments.
