Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle insurance verification and authorization initiation for all service lines.
• Provide payer and demographic information to billing and scheduling staff.
• Maintain records of authorizations and referrals in Host systems.
• Work remotely with structured routines, prioritizing tasks to ensure timely authorizations.
• Escalate and resolve accounts not meeting authorization standards with providers and departments.
• Cross-cover in other authorization-related areas as needed.
