Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Resolve unpaid accounts through claim edits, billing, follow-up, and payments.
• Handle incoming and outbound calls.
• Analyze denied or underpaid claims and determine resolutions.
• Communicate with third-party payers to obtain status and payment.
• Maintain confidentiality of system and payer access.
