Qualifications

• Five to seven years of substantive patent docketing experience in a law firm or corporate legal setting.
• Strong understanding of USPTO rules and international patent procedures.
• Ability to analyze patent correspondence and verify deadlines with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain docketing databases for domestic and foreign patent matters and monitor deadlines.
• Prepare routine and ad hoc docket reports for attorneys and staff on a timely basis.
• Review patent filings and communicate with foreign correspondents as needed.
• Ensure data integrity and escalate discrepancies for resolution.
