Qualifications

• 3+ years of U.S. patent prosecution experience.
• USPTO registration required.
• Strong understanding of software, semiconductor, and computer hardware technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physics, CS/Engineering, or EE; advanced degrees preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and prosecute patent applications, including PTAB appeals.
