Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end official passport and visa operations for DOI travelers, ensuring compliance with State Department, DOI, and foreign government requirements while providing expert guidance and high-quality customer service.
  • Interpret, draft, and maintain policy, regulatory guidance, training materials, and correspondence related to international travel documentation; support consistent processing across the Department.
  • Coordinate, prepare, and process international travel arrangements, including country clearances, DI-1175 submissions, health/visa requirements, ethics compliance, and travel authorizations in official travel systems.
