Job summary

Acentra Health is seeking a Clinical Evaluator (PASRR) in Nebraska to perform PASRR Level II assessments across hospitals, nursing homes, and community centers. The role offers PRN hybrid work with the ability to work from a home office and travel locally for in-person evaluations.

Responsibilities include reviewing records, making level-of-care recommendations, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Travel expenses and parking are reimbursed, and a company-issued laptop is provided.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active, unrestricted Nebraska license in a healthcare or related discipline.
• Master's degree in a behavioral health or related field is required.
• 3 years of experience in assessment/diagnosis of mental/psychiatric disorders.

Responsibilities

• Complete PASRR Level II assessments, reviewing records and collateral information.
• Develop informed level-of-care recommendations for next steps.
• Verify medical records and provide recommendations per regulatory requirements.
• Interact with healthcare professionals, patients, families, and internal partners.
• Utilize technology and software to manage and track assessments.
• Complete assessments timely and in scope of practice under program requirements.
• Adhere to HIPAA and privacy rules.
