Job summary

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted California licensure in a healthcare or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in mental health assessment and diagnosis.
• 1+ years working with individuals with ID/DD or serious mental illness.

Responsibilities

• Complete PASRR Level II assessments by reviewing records and gathering information.
• Develop level-of-care recommendations and determine next level of care.
• Review medical records and provide clinical recommendations per regulatory requirements.
• Interact with healthcare professionals, patients, families, and internal partners.
• Leverage technology and proprietary software to manage assessments.
• Ensure timely completion within scope of practice.
