Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service with a customer-first mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous parts experience is preferred.
• Strong time management, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience with Parts Advisor, JD Point, and Equip preferred.
• Agriculture industry knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Parts Support for customers and dealership employees.
• Sell the tiered portfolio of parts through calls, emails, or text.
• Gather information to meet customer expectations and resolve issues.
• Use ExpertConnect tickets to ensure accurate handoffs and timely resolutions.
• Process John Deere purchase returns and parts credits.
• Create CCMS parts cases and communicate updates.
• Promote seasonal parts promotions to increase department gross sales.
• Communicate follow-up tasks effectively to teammates.
