Job summary

March of Dimes seeks an Executive Director of Market Impact to lead strategy, fundraising and partnerships in the designated market. This role drives mission impact, donor stewardship and budget management while building strong community collaborations.

You will lead a team focused on growing donor portfolios, corporate engagement and mission investments, aligning programs with national goals and securing sustainable revenue growth for maternal and infant health initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4 year college degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in managing multiple staff across functional areas, including telecommuting.
• Nonprofit environment experience a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership/management skills with ability to motivate staff and lead change.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proven track record building internal and external relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and implement a results-based local strategic planning process.
• Grow a diversified revenue portfolio and donor revenue portfolio.
• Advance maternal and infant health equity and identify philanthropic interests.
• Develop partnerships with corporations, foundations and community leaders.
• Ensure CRM data integrity and use data to drive mission deliverables and revenue growth.
• Hire, develop and manage a diverse market staff and provide coaching.
