Zusammenfassung

Endless Commerce is seeking a highly proactive partnerships and referral specialist to grow our network with 3PLs, agencies, and SaaS providers. You will cultivate fractional ops leaders, drive customer referrals, and stay visible in relevant communities to position Endless as a core part of operations, EDI, ERP, and inventory discussions.

You’ll work remotely with moderate travel, collaborate with sales and operations, and own events from planning to follow-up.

Qualifikationen

• 3–10 years of partnerships, community, lifecycle, client services and/or marketing operations experience
• You love talking to people and remember names, faces and who needs what
• You take ownership of relationships and don't wait for permission to run with them
• You know when to automate and when a personal touch is worth the extra effort
• You're organized and process-oriented, and creative in how you engage partners
• You're hands-on: you write the emails, build the campaigns and run the day-to-day

Aufgaben

• Build and run our referral program with 3PLs, logistics providers, agencies, supply chain consultants and SaaS companies serving our ICP
• Keep regular contact with partners and maintain current partner records
• Connect clients with the right partner when needed and align with sales/ops teams
• Develop direct relationships with fractional ops leaders and agencies as partners and sales channels
• Design a customer referral program to bring in new customers from existing ones
• Engage with consumer-ops communities via Reddit, Slack, and social channels
• Collaborate on events and trade shows from prep to follow-up and plan communications with new contacts
