Job summary

Endless Commerce is an AI-powered CommerceOS helping consumer brands manage omnichannel operations, with real-time inventory visibility, EDI, and PO automation. We’re a lean, fast-moving startup serving brands from $5M to $100M+ in revenue.

The role focuses on external partnerships, referral networks, and community engagement to keep Endless Commerce at the center of ops conversations online and offline.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years in partnerships, community, lifecycle, client services or marketing operations.
• Strong people skills and memory for names, faces, and needs.
• Ownership mindset with proactive relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Build and run referral program with 3PLs, agencies, and SaaS partners.
• Refer clients to the right partners when we don't cover needs.
• Develop fractional operations relationships as a sales channel.
• Grow customer referrals: one new customer per existing customer.
• Engage communities on Reddit, Slack, and social channels.
• Lead events and trade shows from prep to follow-up.
