Endless Commerce is seeking a results‑driven Partnerships professional to drive referral partnerships and a strong external presence. You will build connections with 3PLs, agencies, and SaaS firms, and nurture relationships that place Endless at the center of ops, EDI, ERPs, inventory and order management conversations.

You will own programs to refer out where needed, engage fractional operators as sales channels, and grow customer referrals.

Formación

• 3–10 years of partnerships, community, lifecycle, client services and/or marketing operations experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and memory for names and faces.
• Ability to own relationships and take initiative.
• Experience automating vs personal touch decisions.
• Organized, process-oriented, creative partner engagement.
• Hands-on: write emails, build campaigns, manage day-to-day.

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage referral partnerships with 3PLs, logistics providers, agencies and SaaS partners.
• Connect clients with the right partners when Endless doesn't offer a solution.
• Develop relationships with fractional ops leaders and agencies as a sales channel.
• Create and manage customer referral programs to drive new business.
• Show up in relevant communities (Reddit, Slack, social) to keep Endless visible.
• Plan and participate in events/tradeshows from prep to follow-up.
