Endless Commerce is seeking a remote, externally facing partnerships professional to own referral partnerships and community engagement. You will work with fractional operators, agencies, and SaaS providers to drive mutual opportunities and ensure Endless Commerce stays central in conversations about ops, ERP, and inventory management.

You’ll build direct partner relationships, refer clients to suitable partners, and help grow our referral network with a hands-on, process-driven approach.

Qualifikationen

• 3–10 years in partnerships, community, lifecycle, client services or marketing operations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to own relationships and act without needing permission.

Aufgaben

• Develop and manage referral partnerships with 3PLs, logistics providers, agencies, and SaaS vendors.
• Refer clients to the right partners when needed to generate reciprocal business.
• Forge direct relationships with fractional ops leaders and agencies as sales channels.
• Build a customer referral program that grows the customer base.
• Be active in relevant communities (Reddit, Slack, social) to keep Endless top-of-mind.
• Plan and execute events and trade shows from prep to follow-up.
