Job summary

Yondr is seeking a Partner Success Enablement Manager to build the standards, tools, training, and resources that empower the Education Partner Success team across the United States and international markets. This role will strengthen how Yondr engages with schools and education partners to foster lasting partnerships and growth.

You will work across Education, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product to ensure Partner Success has the capabilities and resources needed to deliver exceptional

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Partner Success or Customer Success in Education/EdTech.
• 2+ years in a senior-level role with responsibility for training, coaching, enablement, or team development.
• Experience building and implementing training, onboarding, or enablement programs.
• Strong understanding of partner/customer lifecycle management and relationship development.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Partner Success standards, best practices, and ways of working.
• Develop onboarding, training, and ongoing development programs for Partner Success team members.
• Create and maintain playbooks, guides, templates, resources, and other tools.
• Identify gaps and develop programs to address them.
• Provide coaching and ongoing support to Partner Success team members and leaders.
• Create opportunities for knowledge sharing across the Partner Success organization.
• Define competencies, expectations, and success measures for Partner Success roles.
