Job summary

Docker is seeking an experienced Partner Sales Manager to drive growth for its channel partners across Central EMEA. You will recruit, enable, and scale solution partners and resellers, aligning partner motions with Docker sales leadership to accelerate partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.

This remote-first role requires a proven track record in building reseller programs in high-growth environments, plus fluency in English (German a plus).

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise or channel sales experience, including selling through partners or VARs.
• Experience launching joint marketing programs with partners.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Align pipeline development strategies with regional sales leadership.
• Launch initial joint sales and marketing initiatives with reseller partners.
• Begin tracking early performance indicators for partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
• Drive measurable growth in partner-sourced pipeline and renewals.
• Refine the reseller engagement model based on performance and market trends.
