Job summary

Medius is a global leader in cloud-based spend management solutions. We are hiring a Partner Relationship Manager to own the NA partner portfolio and build trusted relationships that help partners succeed with Medius.

You will work with sales, support, and services to ensure partners get what they need and stay engaged. Based in North America, you should have SaaS or B2B tech experience, a track record of managing complex relationships, and a passion for problem-solving.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a partner-facing role.
• A track record of managing relationships — not just maintaining them.
• A natural at keeping multiple stakeholders happy at the same time.
• Strong communicator — clear, calm, and direct.
• Experience in SaaS or B2B tech.
• Based in North America, with flexibility to work across time zones when needed.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day relationship with a portfolio of NA partners — be their go-to person.
• Keep a close eye on partner health: satisfaction, engagement, and how things are tracking.
• Coordinate across internal teams (sales, support, services) to get partners what they need.
• Be the first to hear about issues, and the first to start fixing them.
• Prepare partner performance reviews.
• Keep partner records and activity logs current — no surprises for anyone.
• Support onboarding for new partners coming into the NA region.
