Job summary

BambooHR LLC is seeking a Partner Program Manager to support the execution and day-to-day operations of our partnership programs. You will maintain partner-facing tools and docs, coordinate updates, and track performance across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Sales.

• 1–3 years in partnerships, program coordination, business operations, or related area.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication with both technical and business teams.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional work and follow projects through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Support partner programs operations, tools, and documentation.
• Coordinate routine updates, meetings, timelines, dependencies across cross-functional teams.
• Track KPIs such as partner adoption, tool usage, and satisfaction.
• Draft and distribute internal and partner communications on updates.
