Job summary

BambooHR is seeking a Technical Program Manager in Utah for the Business Systems Operations team. You will coordinate cross-functional programs, align priorities, and drive initiatives from planning through post-launch, leveraging AI to improve planning and reporting.

You will report to the Senior Manager and collaborate with Engineering, IT, Security, Product, Finance, and Legal. This individual contributor role emphasizes influence, facilitation, and alignment across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe.
• Ability to translate strategy into executable plans and drive initiatives without direct authority.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead alignment workshops and manage cross-team dependencies and risks.
• Plan and lead cross-functional technical programs from intake to post-launch.
• Translate portfolio decisions into roadmaps, schedules, and resource plans.
• Coordinate technology intake, evaluation, and operational readiness.
• Sequence business-process design and requirements engineering to align with timelines.
• Maintain clear program status reporting for teams and executives.
• Address cross-program risks and resource constraints and escalate when needed.
• Incorporate AI into program planning and reporting where applicable.
