Smartsheet is seeking an Order Management/Sales Ops professional to support the sales cycle for our channel partners, leveraging Salesforce CRM and CPQ. This role emphasizes accurate deal registrations, contract reviews, and creating custom order forms for complex agreements.

You will collaborate with Finance, Legal, Professional Services, and Sales to ensure smooth processes in a fast-paced SaaS environment, with fully remote work options available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Order Management, Sales Ops, or Deal Desk experience in a SaaS organization with channel partner expertise.
• Strong communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments and collaborates with Finance, Legal, Professional Services, and Sales.
