Job summary

Modern Executive Solutions seeks a seasoned Partner to be the senior-most accountable leader for client relationships and engagements, shaping strategy and expanding the firm’s client base. You will guide teams, coach talent, and contribute to the firm’s growth and reputation in leadership, culture, and organizational consulting.

You will articulate a differentiated point of view, represent the firm externally, and help develop new services while upholding the highest ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Deep, applied expertise in leadership and organisational consulting — particularly leadership development and culture.
• Background in organisational psychology is preferred but not required.
• Full business development cycle knowledge: opportunities, proposals, pricing, contracts, delivery.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior-most point of accountability for major client relationships and engagements.
• Shape the overall strategy and direction of client engagements from scoping through delivery.
• Lead pursuit of new client relationships and expand existing accounts.
• Staff projects appropriately and contribute to recruiting and retention of top consulting talent.
• Represent the firm externally through speaking engagements and publications.
