Job summary

OpenKrill's partner is seeking a Client Success Partner Integration Manager based in the United States to lead strategic third-party partnership integrations across healthcare benefits administrators, payers, and providers.

You will own the entire implementation lifecycle, from planning and configuration to launch, ongoing management, and growth, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Sales, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least five years of experience in account management, implementation, customer success, or partner integrations.
• Healthcare technology/services or management consulting experience is valuable.
• Ability to lead complex cross-functional projects from planning to execution.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare ecosystems and payer processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the full implementation lifecycle for strategic third-party partnerships and launches.
• Develop detailed implementation plans, coordinate milestones, and manage dependencies.
• Maintain SOPs, playbooks, and documentation to ensure consistency and quality.
• Train internal teams on established processes and workflows.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for partners and drive ongoing engagement.
