Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Partner GTM Enablement & Content Specialist to build and maintain the enablement content ecosystem for our partner network. You will create learning content, sales resources, and go-to-market assets that help partners brand, sell, and support Relativity solutions.

You will design enablement experiences, manage content across the Partner Portal, and collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to keep materials current and scalable.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in enablement, training, learning design, or content development.
• Experience designing scalable learning content for external audiences.
• Ability to scope, plan, and execute end-to-end enablement projects.
• Hands-on with content authoring tools and enablement platforms (LMS/PRM).
• Strong ownership, detail orientation, and multi-project management.
• Deep expertise in modern instructional design for GTM teams and external audiences.
• Excellent communicator; able to translate complex concepts for partners.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop partner enablement courses and go-to-market content.
• Create and maintain partner-facing content across platforms (Portal, Journey).
• Develop GTM enablement resources including sales collateral and assets.
• Manage the Partner Portal asset library for organized access.
• Plan enablement content development for onboarding, launches, and ongoing programs.
• Ensure consistency and governance across all partner-facing content.
• Use feedback/data to continuously improve learning content and experiences.
