Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Partner GTM Enablement & Content Specialist to build and maintain the enablement content ecosystem for partners, empowering them to market and sell Relativity solutions. The role focuses on learning content, sales resources, and go-to-market assets for partner success.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in enablement, training, learning design, or content development.
• Experience designing scalable learning content and GTM enablement for external audiences.
• Proven ability to scope, plan, and execute end-to-end enablement projects.
• Hands-on with content authoring tools such as Articulate or Adobe and with LMS/PRM platforms.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Deep expertise in modern instructional design and scalable learning experiences.
• Excellent communicator able to translate complex information for partners.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop partner enablement courses and go-to-market content.
• Create and maintain partner-facing content across the Partner Portal and learning journeys.
• Develop and enhance GTM enablement resources including sales collateral and best practices.
• Manage the Partner Portal content library with organization and governance.
• Plan enablement content for onboarding programs, product launches, and ongoing initiatives.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy across all partner-facing content and platforms.
• Use feedback and data to continuously improve learning content.
