Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Partner GTM Enablement & Content Specialist to build and maintain the enablement content ecosystem that empowers partners to bring solutions to market. You will create and curate learning content, sales resources, and go-to-market assets that help partners adopt capabilities and engage their clients.

Working with the Partner Enablement Program Manager, you will develop enablement experiences to keep partners current on Relativity products, program, and GTM best practices.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in enablement, training, learning design, or content development.
• Experience designing scalable learning content and GTM enablement resources for external audiences.
• Ability to scope, plan, and execute end-to-end enablement projects from concept to launch.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop partner enablement courses, learning journeys, and go-to-market content.
• Create and maintain partner-facing content across the Partner Portal and learning journey platforms.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance GTM enablement resources including sales collateral and best practices.
• Manage the Partner Portal asset library with organized content experience.
• Plan enablement content development for onboarding programs, product launches, and ongoing initiatives.
• Ensure consistency and governance across all partner-facing content and platforms.
• Use partner feedback and engagement data to improve learning content.
