Job summary

Arctic Wolf, a global leader in security operations, is seeking a Distribution Development Manager II to own a subset of developing distribution partners in a defined territory. The role leads training, enablement, and activation, building growth plans to turn partners into high performers within our ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Two or more years in channel, partner, or sales roles.
• Ability to manage a partner portfolio independently.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined subset of developing distribution partners within an assigned territory and activate them daily.
• Develop growth strategies for distributors and scale motions across the territory.
• Create and drive a territory strategy to move partners from developing to high performing.
• Lead partner recruitment, activation, and engagement to build distributor teams.
• Deliver training and enablement sessions tailored to each partner’s stage.
• Align sales, marketing, operations, enablement, and distribution for growth plans.
• Flag partners needing support and adjust plans as needed.
• Coach junior team members on enablement delivery and partner communication.
