Job summary

MarketStar is seeking a Program Manager, Partner Events & Operations to drive partner-led growth for ChromeOS across Enterprise and EDU segments. You will manage end-to-end events and optimize program operations to accelerate pipeline and awareness.

In this remote US role, you will coordinate onboarding, launch logistics, communications, and partner agreements while collaborating with Product Marketing, Web teams, and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Communication, Technology, or equivalent.
• Solid experience in partner management, channel sales, or business development within SaaS or hardware industry.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) and data-driven marketing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day partner program operations, coordinating onboarding workflows and enablement requests.
• Maintain program documentation, tracking engagement models, and supporting framework updates as directed.
• Support launch logistics, partner communications, and MDF request processing to help boost partner engagement.
• Coordinate launch calendars with Product Marketing and Web teams.
