Job summary

MarketStar seeks a Program Manager, Partner Events & Operations to drive partner-led growth for ChromeOS across Enterprise and Education segments. You will manage day-to-day partner program operations, onboarding workflows, and event logistics while coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure seamless partner communications and program governance.

The role requires a degree in business, communications, or tech, plus experience in SaaS or hardware partnerships, and proficiency with CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Communication, Technology or equivalent.
• Solid experience in partner management, channel sales, or business development in SaaS or hardware.
• Proven track record of developing and delivering training or enablement programs.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce or similar).
• Deep understanding of Google Cloud or Chrome Enterprise ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day partner program operations and onboarding workflows.
• Maintain program documentation and framework updates.
• Coordinate launch logistics and partner communications.
• Support go-to-market initiatives and MDF processing.
• Oversee partner communications and SLAs for CER alias.
• Administer partnership agreements, NDAs, and program refreshes.
• Plan and execute events to accelerate pipeline and brand awareness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure brand guidelines.
