Job summary

Zoom seeks a dynamic Partner Implementation Lead to drive strategy and execution of partner deployment accreditation programs across a global partner network. You will own the roadmap, ensure alignment with product timelines, and maintain high standards for technical enablement and continuing education.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of partner/vendor management, program implementation, or similar roles.
• 5+ years of cloud-based education, training, or enablement experience.
• 5+ years of channel experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for Zoom Partner Deployment Accreditation creation and maintenance.
• Develop and maintain the strategy and roadmap for technical continuing education programs.
• Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and best practice guides for Accreditation and continuing education programs.
• Collaborate with Partner Solution Engineers, Global Architects, Professional Services Organization, and Partner Programs to scope, outline, create, and launch Deployment Accreditations.
• Monitor and report on program progress, including roadmap status, accreditations achieved, and continuing education completions.
