Job summary

Zoom is seeking a dynamic Partner Implementation Program Lead to own the strategy and execution of partner deployment accreditation programs, ensuring high standards for technical enablement and continuing education.

You will collaborate with Partner Solution Engineers, Global Architects, and Sales leadership to scope, launch accreditations, maintain documentation, and drive program outcomes across a global partner network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in partner/vendor management, program implementation, or similar roles.
• 5+ years of cloud-based education, training, or enablement experience.
• 5+ years of channel experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for deployment accreditation creation and maintenance.
• Develop and maintain strategy and roadmap for technical continuing education programs.
• Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and best practice guides.
