Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a senior partner-level attorney for a fully remote role based in the United States. This elite international firm seeks Rainmakers with significant portable business to join a flexible, technology-forward environment and take greater ownership over their practice.

Candidates should have a JD from a top-tier law school, active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, 7+ years at AmLaw 100 or similar, and a minimum $1M portable book.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 7+ years of substantive experience practicing law at an AmLaw 100 or similarly sophisticated firm.
• Portable Book of Business: Minimum of $1M in verifiable portable business required.
• Practice versatility across core areas such as Corporate, M&A, Real Estate, Finance, IP, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow your practice within a modern, distributed firm environment.
• Maintain and deepen client relationships, delivering strategic legal counsel.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys across practice groups on complex matters.
• Engage with firm leadership to shape strategy, resources, and client service standards.
