Responsibilities

• Oversee daily program operations and monitor queues to maintain service levels.
• Manage a team of full-time Participant Services Associates with mentorship.
• Maintain escalated caseload and ensure timely resolution of incidents.
• Meet regularly with management to review workloads, trends, and issues.
• Assist with reporting, training, and departmental communication.
