Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking a Part-Time Territory Sales Associate in the Spring, TX area. This remote role requires driving a personal vehicle within a defined territory and traveling 55+ miles per day to multiple store locations.

Expect 20–25 hours weekly with core hours 6:00am–4:00pm, Monday–Friday, and an hourly starting rate of $15.50 to $16.50. You will build displays, increase distribution of best-selling items, replenish displays, and collaborate with store leadership to execute

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid US driver's license and personal vehicle.
• Willingness to travel 55+ miles per day.
• Merchandising or sales experience in food retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell and ensure in-store execution of Hershey products in assigned territory.
• Use consultative selling to align with store priorities and drive solutions.
• Plan and execute retail priorities before each store call; negotiate with retailers when needed.
• Lead problem-solving efforts to improve outcomes and drive results.
• Report weekly activity, expenses, and account changes; maintain daily tablet-based logs.
